Faileure to provide Quality early childhood education limits children's future by denyinf them opportunities to reach their full potential. the developing countries and under developed countries needs more and more better quality early childhood education but as the income of country goes low the same happens with pre-primary education and thus robbing them of the human capital needed to reduce inequities and hinder them reaching their maximum human resource.
Despite of having such significant values more than half of law and lower middle income countries are not on track to ensure atleast one year of quality pre-primary education for every child by 2030 as set out by sastainable development goals, less then 1% of International aid to education supports pre-primary education and less than 2% of education budgets are allocated to pre-primary teachers in low income countries only 50% of pre-primary Teachers in low income countries are trained only 5% of pre-primary Teachers Globally work in low income countries. 9.3 million new Teahchers are needs to achieve universal pre-primary Education. The richest children are seven times more likely to attend early childhood education programmes than the poorest. Equitable attendance in early childhood education programmes exists between boys and girls.
Early childhood Education recieves the least share of government expenditure campared to other levels of education access to pre-primary education has been inequitable both across and within countries globally. vulnerable children are disproportionately excluded from quality pre-primary education even though it can have the greatest impact on them. Without adequcete safe guards for quality expansion efforts can intensify education inequities. In some Countries Like Chaina Pre-Primery Education is not mandatory while in others it is forced by Law. Each Country has its unique approach in this sector France, Denmark, Sweden and Norway are Example of Countries with high quality pre-primary Education Programmes that are open to all children regardless of their abilities and background.
According to Organisation for Economic cooperation and Development Finland Despite of Investing merely 4% of its GDP comparatively lower than average 6% of other member countries has the best Education systems in the world. It has achieved this position by emplesis on ensuring equity access to education for all students.
